Payments and Fees

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due on the terms stated in your proposal or service agreement. Late payments may result in paused work or suspended access to deliverables until outstanding amounts are settled. Fees already paid for work completed are generally non-refundable, except as otherwise agreed or required by law.

Client Responsibilities

To deliver our services effectively, we may ask you to provide content, brand assets, access credentials, or timely feedback and approvals. Delays in providing these may delay project timelines. You're responsible for ensuring that any content, images, or materials you provide us don't infringe a third party's rights.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for your project (such as your website's design and content), except for any third-party assets, tools, plugins, or licensed components, which remain subject to their own licenses. We retain the right to use non-confidential, general know-how and reusable code or components developed during the engagement, and to display completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Anthropic (Claude), which powers the AI assistant that answers chatbot questions
