
WE-Empower arrived at Jupitr with a website that was live, but not truly theirs. The domain and hosting sat outside the organisation’s direct control — a common but frustrating situation that left the team dependent on third parties for even basic digital decisions. For an organisation doing meaningful work across Southeast Asia, that kind of dependency creates real risk.
Beyond ownership, the site itself needed to better reflect who WE-Empower is. The visual design wasn’t aligned with their brand identity — the assets, typography, and colour palette had been put together without a cohesive direction — and the team had no clear way to manage or update their own content going forward. Growth was being held back not by ambition, but by infrastructure.








We started where it mattered most: ownership. We handled the full domain and hosting migration, transferring all digital assets cleanly into WE-Empower’s direct control. No more intermediaries. No more waiting on someone else to make changes to their own platform.
From there, we moved into a brand-led redesign. Working closely with the WE-Empower team, we guided the selection of visual assets, typography, and colour combinations that felt authentic to their identity and consistent with how they present their work across other channels. The goal wasn’t to impose a look — it was to bring out what was already there, and make it coherent.
Finally, we made sure the team didn’t need us to maintain momentum. We put together hands-on tutorials tailored to the WE-Empower team, walking them through how to manage their own content — publishing updates, editing pages, and keeping the site current — without needing to raise a support ticket every time something needed to change.
WE-Empower now owns their digital presence — fully, directly, and without dependency on outside parties. Their domain and hosting are under their control, their website reflects their brand with clarity and intention, and their team has the knowledge to keep it up to date independently.
What started as a platform that didn’t quite fit has become a digital home that feels like theirs — because now, it truly is.
