Challenges That Became Our Inspiration

Clim-Eat operates as a Think-and-Do Tank, which means its website had to serve two audiences that don't usually share a homepage: policymakers and development partners evaluating the organisation's research and credibility, and grassroots collaborators, from smallholder farmers to local innovators, looking for ways to get involved.

The content itself was substantial and multi-layered. A defined theory of change, an active projects portfolio, a running events calendar reaching into 2026, and a newsroom of publications and impact stories all needed to stay easy to navigate rather than becoming an archive no one can find their way through.

Solution

From Brainstorming to Execution

We built the site around Clim-Eat's own structure, Who We Are, What We Do, the High-Level Panel on Just Rural Transition, Events, Newsroom, and Get Involved, so each audience has a clear entry point suited to what they're looking for.

A countdown timer to the organisation's 2030 mission endpoint was built into the design to reinforce the time-bound urgency at the center of Clim-Eat's work, alongside space for annual impact reporting from 2022 through 2025.

Results

Clim-Eat now has a website that reflects the scale and urgency of its mission, giving policymakers, partners, and grassroots collaborators alike a clear way to understand the organisation's work and get involved before its 2030 deadline.
