Web development from Indonesia, since 2013

Fast, headless websites.
Built in Indonesia, shipped worldwide.

Twelve years building on Next.js, WordPress, Sanity, Shopify and Laravel. We move slow sites onto modern stacks, and we hand them over documented, so your team can actually run the thing after we leave.

No sales call required. You get the report either way.

Most agencies design a website.
Fewer of them can engineer one.

There is a real difference between a studio that makes something look good in Figma and a team that can take a ten year old WordPress install, pull the content into a headless CMS, rebuild the front end in Next.js, keep every URL working, and not lose a single ranking in the process.

We do the second thing. It is less glamorous and much harder to fake.

That is also why our work tends to come from technical buyers. Marketing directors who have been burned by a rebuild that tanked their traffic. CTOs who want a stack they can hire for. Founders who are tired of paying a retainer just to change a headline.

Here is what the rebuild actually changes.

Real numbers from a hospitality client in Bali. Same content, same design intent, same hosting budget. Different architecture.

We build on the stack that fits, not the one we are fastest at.

Next.js / React

Next.js and React

Our default for anything that needs to be fast, ranked, and maintained for more than three years. App Router, plain React, deployed on Vercel or your own infrastructure. Choose this when performance and long-term maintainability matter more than a drag-and-drop editor.

WordPress

Headless WordPress

Keep the WordPress admin your team already knows. Replace the front end with Next.js and make the site properly fast. Choose this when there is an established content team who will revolt if you take their CMS away.

Sanity

Sanity

Structured content, real content modelling, proper preview. Choose this when your content is more complicated than pages and posts, or when the same content has to feed a website, an app, and something else you have not built yet.

Shopify

Shopify

Storefronts, headless Hydrogen builds, and custom checkout work. Choose this when you are selling products and want the payments, tax and fulfilment problem already solved.

HubSpot CMS

HubSpot CMS

For teams already running sales and marketing on HubSpot who want the website in the same system instead of duct-taped to it.

Laravel

Laravel and custom

When it stops being a website and becomes an application. Portals, dashboards, booking systems, internal tools. Choose this when no CMS is going to cut it.

Free, and genuinely free

A free website audit, read by a developer.

No call required.

Send us your URL. Within two working days you get a written report and a short screen recording covering what is actually wrong and what it would take to fix.

Half of it is automated, because crawling a site for broken markup and missing policy pages is a job for a machine. The half that matters is not. Someone who builds these things for a living reads the output, runs the speed tests, and tells you what it actually means for your business. That is the part most free audits skip.

We do not put it behind a meeting. If you read it and never speak to us again, that is a fine outcome. We do this because the fastest way to show you we know what we are doing is to show you we know what is wrong with your site.

01Performance

Core Web Vitals on mobile and desktop, what is causing the damage, and what the realistic ceiling is on your current stack.

02AI and search visibility

Whether ChatGPT, Gemini and Google's AI Overviews can currently read and cite your site, and what is blocking them if they cannot.

03Architecture

An honest read on whether you need a rebuild or whether you need three days of fixes. Sometimes it is the second one and we will say so.

04What it would cost

A range, in writing, before you have spoken to anyone.

Roughly what this costs.

Most agencies make you sit through two calls to find out if you can afford them. Here is the short version so you can decide now.

Type of projectTypical rangeTimeline
Front end rebuild on an existing CMSStart from $6001-2 weeks
Full headless build, new design and CMSStart from $12002-3 weeks
Custom application workStart from $2000Scoped per project

Quoted in USD, invoiced from Indonesia. Our rates are lower than an agency in Singapore, Sydney, New York or Amsterdam charging for the same work. That is a cost of living difference, not a quality one, and the case studies in our portfolio are the argument.

What clients say.

Working with a team in Indonesia.

You are probably wondering about it, so here it is directly.

Timezone.

We are UTC+7. That gives us 6 hours of live overlap with Europe and a full working morning with Australia and Singapore. For US clients we are asynchronous by default, with a scheduled overlap window.

Language.

All project communication, documentation and code comments in English. We have been working with clients outside Indonesia for twelve years. This has never been the problem people expect it to be.

Handover.

Every project ships with written documentation and a recorded walkthrough. So if you want to take it in house in a year, you can, and that is a normal outcome rather than a failure.

Frequently asked questions.

Not if it is done properly. We map every existing URL to its new destination, keep your structured data and metadata intact, and submit updated sitemaps on launch day. Ranking dips usually come from rebuilds that skipped this step, not from moving to a faster stack.
